01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions take effect immediately upon completing your ZiaTogel account registration or upon your first use of any service provided by our platform. Continued use of the ZiaTogel platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

ZiaTogel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification when significant changes occur. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms from time to time.

These Terms govern the use of all ZiaTogel services, including sports betting, slot games, live casino, togel, e-sports, and all other products that may be introduced in the future.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use ZiaTogel services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years at the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be located in a country or region where online betting is fully prohibited under local law.
• Not have been placed on a self-exclusion list by any recognised gambling regulatory body.

ZiaTogel reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure these eligibility requirements are met. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ZiaTogel at any one time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, identity card number, and contact details. Inaccurate or false information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

Identity Verification Process (KYC)

Before processing a first withdrawal, members are required to complete the identity verification process by submitting:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement no older than 3 months).
• Payment method details used for deposits.

Account Security

ZiaTogel reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities — should any of the above violations be detected.

• Unfavorable betting outcomes, which are an inherent risk in all forms of betting.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password confidential.
• Any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

ZiaTogel's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendment & Service Termination

ZiaTogel reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's access to the platform for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (members will be notified of any fund balance beforehand).

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. All valid fund balances will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days after closure is confirmed.
